CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will occur a fee of 50% of the service(s) you booked. Any no shows, rescheduling or cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment will occur a fee of 100% of the booked service(s). The cancellation / no show fee will be invoiced to you through email and must be paid before making any future bookings.

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy may apply.
